Within 24 hours: You will receive an email confirming your winning bid and an outline of next steps
Within 7 days: Reply to the email with 4-8 pictures of your home's exterior from various angles
Within 45 days: All materials needed to construct your custom build will be delivered!

Does it have to be a house? Can it be an apartment or place of business? Sure! If that's what you're looking for, let's try it out.
Why only one build per week? To make sure we get it right every time.
What if I have a 20k sq ft mansion? Does that result in a larger build? The scale of the build will adjust based on the size of the home, but will always consist of ~300 parts.
Why does delivery take up to 45 days? We custom order every new part needed for your build. Sometimes this process alone can take 30 days.
